PLACING AN ORDER:
When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you are not logged in when proceeding to the checkout, you will be prompted to do so.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order.
Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces in our store, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 3 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER. We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock.
Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients. You may choose to register your email address to the waiting list for notification of arrival of a selected piece.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, please place individual orders for different addresses.
We try to ship our orders within 7 to 10 days. In case you need them quicker please send us a note along with your order and we will try and send it out as soon as possible. If the product is out of stock or a custom order, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to ship depending on the piece.
We do ship internationally and it generally takes 15-20 days.We do not charge customs on international orders.But the customers have to bear the customs charge if there are any in their country.

Once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled or modified.
There is absolutely NO Return Policy.
Each piece at Riddhika Jesrani is individually handcrafted by our master craftsmen, they are one of a kind creation, and not factory manufactured. As a result, there may be subtle variations from one piece to the next, and minor differences in the natural semi-precious stones we use. However, we strive to maintain aesthetic evenness and each piece undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped out.
Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In these cases, you may return the pieces exactly the way you received them, unworn, with original packaging.
Replacement pieces will be sent out in case your order is lost in transit.
You must notify us quickly and in any event, within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged or incorrect. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
We will arrange for packing and we will decide on the method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise.
STEPS TO MAKING AN EXCHANGE :
Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or incorrect order via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us at +91 98208 99989 to inform us of the issue.
Send us a photograph of the damaged/ incorrect product, so that we can decide whether the product is approved for return.
Once we have authorized the return we will inform you of the most mutually convenient return method. In most cases, we ask you to send back the piece at your cost.
Riddhika Jesrani Jewelry will replace the damaged/ incorrect item with a fresh piece, free of charge in case of a genuine issue with the product, with no additional shipping cost for the replacement. Please note, we do not refund orders. Replacements will only be made after we have received your piece back in its original packaging. We are not liable for any replacements that we were not notified about within 2 days of receipt of the order.
NO EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Minor color and design difference(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some minor difference from piece to piece.
If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of Riddhika Jesrani Jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for 6 months from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.
For elective repairs, there is a Rs. 1500 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.
Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.
